2.30 pm – 4.30 pm (Thurs) | | Training Venue | School Basketball Court | | Description & Objectives | The training seeks to infuse the various games skills as well as SEL skills (such as social awareness, responsible decision-making and self awareness). Training is conducted by an external professional coach, Mr Hoong Kuo Juey on Tuesday and Thursday. Intensive trainings are also conducted during the school holidays to prepare players for the East Zone Tournament. In addition to school-based training, the teachers also arranged for friendly matches with other schools to hone players’ skills and to develop their games confidence. Teachers work closely with parents and external organizations such as the Singapore Basketball Association to create greater learning opportunities for our players. |
