2. Performed in the Kaki Bukit Lantern Festival. The Chinese Dance Club has strived to promote Chinese Dance in BTSS and to expose our students to performances and experiences outside school. Our dancers went on a learning journey to watch dance performances by a dance troupe at Victoria Theatre. In 2007, we participated in the SYF Chinese Dance Competition for the first time and clinched the Bronze award for BTSS. We have also participated in performances within and outside the school. In the same year, during the Moon Cake Festival, our dancers were invited to perform for the community during the Kaki Bukit Lantern Festival. |
