Instructional ProgrammeThe Department’s instructional programme seeks to infuse critical and creative thinking skills using coursework; through the implementation of a Teach Less, Learn More approach. This is done within an environment that encourages pupils to adopt active roles as “Thinking Students” and to take responsibility of their own learning. In addition to school-based programmes, the Department also looks into enriching pupils’ learning experience through partnerships with parents and external agencies. These partnerships and collaborations with the relevant industries hope to equip pupils with the necessary skills for the working world and to see the relevance of their subject content to the various industries.
